Terms of Service

No refunds.

Upon payment, you agree that a $60 rescheduling fee will be added to your total balance should you need to reschedule your session. In addition, final galleries may take 4 - 6 weeks to complete during peak busy season. Should you require a rush fee, a $150 charge will be added to your balance and your session will be bumped to the beginning of the queue.

Upon payment, you also agree that if you fail to attend your scheduled session twice, you forfeit your full payment, and are responsible for paying a new, full session fee without applied discounts, as well as a $60 rescheduling fee after the first failure to attend your session without 24-hour notice.

Cancellation Policy - To cancel or reschedule, please email hello@deevondrasek.com. A $60 fee will be invoiced should you need to reschedule any session other than a Newborn Session. You understand that should you arrive later than the scheduled session time, your session may be cut short to accommodate the sessions that follow yours.

Usage - The photographer retains copyright of the photographs. The images are not watermarked, but please note that if the images are used in print, online, or any professional capacity, photo credit is required. Please cite Dee Von Drasek Photography. To use for advertising and sales of work created by the artist, a Copyright may be purchased for $200 per edited photo. It is illegal to resell photographs taken by Dee Von Drasek Photography. Unedited or RAW files are NOT included in any package.

Refunds - Additionally, once you’ve downloaded your file(s) no refunds will be issued. This is a non-refundable deposit which goes towards saving your date and the deposit/payment of booking the location, and any supplies the photographer has purchased prior to assist with the session.

Any physical products the client would like to order including Little Black Books, prints, canvases/wall art, etc. come at an additional cost.

Upon payment and booking, you agree that you have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Dee Von Drasek Photography to photograph myself. I agree to the additional fees regarding cancellations, rescheduling fees, additional edited photos, and copyright.
